• Contact messages: your name, phone number, optional email address and your message.
• Provider applications: your business name, name, service, city, phone number and email address.

We don’t ask for payment details, and you should never put them in a form on this site.

How we use it

• To pass your quote request to a local professional who can help with your job.
• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To review applications from professionals who want to join our network.
• To keep the service running and fix problems.

Who we share it with

When you send a quote request, we share the details in it with the local professional we pass it to, so they can contact you. That is the main purpose of the service. We don’t sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Once a professional has your details, they use them to contact you about your request. How they handle their own records is up to them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and to keep reasonable records of the service. After that we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Send a message through our contact page and mention the phone number you used. We can’t take back details that a professional has already received, but we’ll let you know what we can do.
